Feet are warm in -30 weather.
Hard to find warm boots that will fit in a stirrup. These work great.

Good boots
From the reviews I read about them they said to order the next size up so I did and they fit good. They are warm and comfy and really good traction on the ice.

Great boots until they aren’t
I ordered these boots in November and they kept my feet warm while riding in temps as low as -55°F (I only wore these boots when riding so they were only warn 20 or 30 times) but less than 4 months later they began to crack and develop holes in the toes And now they leak water and let the cold air in.

Great quality product and really warm!
Finally, I found a boot that will keep my toes warm! The quality is just great, the leather pretty soft, the sole well thougth through and the lacing doesn't take too much time. I'm usually wearing a women's size 10-10.5 (European 40.5-41) and ordered these boots in a men's size 9. They fit perfectly with one thinner and one really thick sock (which is what I wanted). I friend of mine tried them on yesterday (he usually wears a men's size 9). For him they wear maybe a tiny little bit small and he was just wearing regular sport socks. What you also should know is that there are pull straps on the liner that are actually very helpful to get in the boot. However, they are attached to the boot with a durable but scratching nylon yarn. It's no problem with either knee-high socks or long johns as I assume one will anyway wear when wearing these boots.

Nice boot
Great product, just as you would expect from Kenetrek. Well made, fit was good, shipping was prompt. Eager to put them to the test. Not sure how the sole will be, I've always preferred the "Air Bob" type sole. I would recommend this boot if you're in really cold weather and horseback. I would give 5 stars if the boots had the air bob sole.

It's An Okay Boot But
This boot is indeed well made. The top is all leather with a rubber sole. Two things turned me off about this boot. Getting it on is a pain in the butt, wether there are hook and eyelets or not. A lot of lacing to do from the ankle up in order to get this boot on your foot. And the ankle area seems to be really fat and does not seem to lace down good. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe/boot and have done so all my life. It says to order up to the next full ice if you are a 1/2 size. I ordered an 11and with the liner in it was way too small and very uncomfortable. Without the liner and with a good heavy pair f sox the boot fit good. But hey, I ordered this for warmth right. Without the liner it taint too warm. And for the cost of this boot all should have gone smooth. Unless you're going wading in two feet of snow, save your money and buy a less expensive boot.

I love these boots!
My feet never get cold, even when riding for hours in the winter at night on windy ridges and in icy, snowy ravines. The boots were stiff at first, but quickly softened up. They protect my lower legs from wind, brush, and barbed wire while riding. They slip out of the stirrups easily when I get off the horse, but have tread for walking on ice. Perfect design. There are pull-tabs on the liner. I love those. This was the last piece of gear I needed for riding in winter. I feel like I am invincible now. Over the years, I have accumulated a collection of other winter riding boots that didn't work out. The only minor annoyance with these boots is that the spur rest hangs up on the insulated overalls when I am putting the overalls on or taking them off.

Tops are narrow
Foot body fits as expected but tops are small and tight for anyone with larger/muscular calves
