Color closely matches my original color. Seating fit the space as needed
The quality and comfort are great. The wallsaver feature is excellent, requiring only 3” spacing away from the wall. My only issue was with FedEx. Amazon said the recliner would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Great. We would be out of town until Sunday. I got an email from FedEx stating the items would be delivered on Friday! I went online to FedEx and filled out a “vacation hold”, for delivery on Monday or Tuesday. Two hours later I got another email saying they would deliver on Friday! I called and finally got to talk to a person and told them the issue. He checked and said there was no vacation hold. I told him I was looking at it on their website. He said he would fix it for me and gave me a customer contact ID Number. An hour later, I got another email saying the delivery would be made on THURSDAY!!! Again I called FedEx and a young lady told me the vacation hold was now showing to deliver on Monday or Tuesday and not to worry about it and to enjoy our trip. Ok, we leave town on Thursday morning. After driving a few hours we pulled over for a bathroom break. I decided I better check my texts and emails. I had a text from FedEx stating they had attempted the delivery but nobody was home!!! Grrrrrr! I was furious! The seating was delivered on Tuesday as Amazon originally had told me!! Wow!! What a failure of intra-company communication!!

Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased this recliner in May, 2022. Here I am writing this review almost 2 years later. The reason is because the leather began tearing on the right side of the front portion where the head rests due to normal wear and tear. I emailed the company (RecPro) and sent the attached photo asking if anything could be done. I received an email reply the next day stating that they were sending me an entire new unit! Honestly, I really expected nothing, maybe a leather repair kit. This is above and beyond what I expected. So just know that if buy this recliner, you are in good hands. This company stands by their products!

This is so good! Easy to install in our Tiffin Motorhome. Matches the trim too. So much more comfortable than that came with our Coach. Didn’t disappoint!!

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
My wife and I bought this product after purchasing an RV. The pictures look fantastic. But man oh man when we got this love seat and sat in it to enjoy it, it wasn't long before both of our backs started aching. I'm 5'9" and my wife is 5'2". We are both average build. I found it interesting that it was uncomfortable on both of our backs. I figured it might be uncomfortable on one or the other but to be uncomfortable on both of our backs speaks volumes about the quality of padding in the product. I was a little cautious about purchasing such a big ticket item online but I read so many great reviews about it that I thought there's a good chance this is going to be a good product. Boy, was I absolutely wrong. After the thing killed our backs so many times I thought what freaking planet were those people from who gave it five stars or even three stars? Are they even in the same universe or were they on crack? LOL We kept it for weeks hoping we could "break it in" so that our backs would feel comfortable. But one day after laying in it for about two hours and getting absorbed in a movie on our flatscreen I got up to make some popcorn and found that my back was killing me. I had an ache between my shoulder blades that would not go away for an entire day I went to bed that night with my back aching. I also lost sleep because of this. I said that's it we're getting rid of this piece of junk. So I contacted the seller and arranged to ship it back. It only costed me $200 to return this item. It only costed me 200 of my hard earned dollars to return this back breaker to the seller. I asked for them to pay for the shipping and they would not do it. If I wanted to get rid of it I had to spend my $200 to do it. It was such a disappointment, I was more than willing to eat the shipping cost. Although it was painful to spend my hard-earned money to get rid of it, it was a great sense of relief and joy to kick those boxes off at the FedEx store and kiss em goodbye knowing I would never see them again . I hope you guys reading my review understand exactly what I'm saying. Since we live in an RV full-time and travel quite a bit, what do you do with the monster boxes whenever you receive them? Well normally you throw them away because you don't have anywhere to store them. That's exactly what we did. Now that we were committed to getting rid of this back breaker, the hunt was on to find several monster boxes to return this product back to the seller. We had to visit several furniture stores and finally found a furniture warehouse that had some monster boxes and then we went to a thrift store for some used sheets to buy to wrap the loveseat and for protection during shipping and then we had to load it in the back of my pick up and haul it down to the FedEx store. All of this is incredible grief just to return this very uncomfortable product back to the seller. Whenever I say grief I'm talking days of grief. We went to numerous furniture stores looking for boxes big enough to contain this loveseat. After all is said and done, we got rid of this uncomfortable product and started furniture shopping and we did the right thing. We sat and layed in every prospective loveseat and theater seat that we could before committing to buy the next product. We had learned our expensive lesson. After testing no less than 50 loveseats and theater seats with and without cupholders we finally bought a gorgeous luxurious loveseat from Furniture Row. We paid about $1150 for this particular loveseat. But the top was full grain gorgeous leather and all contact points are full grain gorgeous leather. And this chair has a three-year warranty. And if I have A problem with it, I call the furniture store up and they come and get it. And either refund me my money or get me another chair. But I don't think that's going to happen. We absolutely love our loveseat. As an example yesterday I took a full one hour nap in my chair that lays down almost completely flat. After my one hour nap in my gorgeous luxurious new loveseat I woke up refreshed and feeling fantastic. Not an ache anywhere. Couldn't say that about that rec pro product. So, take it from someone who took a chance and bought that big ticket item online and was incredibly disappointed and then had to go through all the grief of shipping that backbreaker back to them. So here's a piece of advice: go out to some local furniture stores and test their product. Sit in their chairs and loveseats. Sit in at least 20 to 30 loveseats and see how you feel after five or 10 minutes of laying in them before you make your purchase. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT buy this rec pro chair. There's a good chance you will be highly disappointed and will have to go through all the same grief we did to get rid of the thing. I will never, ever buy another big ticket furniture item online anywhere. I don't care what those stupid positive reviews say. You have been warned! Buy local! Lastly, I know sellers read reviews good and bad so seller I'm going to tell you right now do not email me to try to get me to rescind my review. I will not do it to get my $200 back or for any amount of money. You guys can kiss my butt. You had your chance to do the right thing and you blew it.

Great Console, Nice Color, Soft & Smooth material
This replaced a fold out that had delaminated. Size is accurate - feels small. We aren't tall people (5-4 & 5-6), but feel like the chairs are short in the back & our heels are nearly at the end of the foot rest. The material is very smooth, so we slide out of position easily. The pull for the foot rest is a bit tight, but the tension on the foot rest is light enough that it closes & engages will little effort (very nice). Console if very deep and nice size - stores iPad, a blanket & remotes. Plenty of elbow room too. Cup holders are a nice size accommodate all the cups, bottles, wine glasses, insulated & disposable cups we've tried. We ordered the Putty. It goes nicely with the mix of brown & grey finishes in the camper. It came in pieces so my husband was able to load it into the camper & assembled by himself. No complaints from him.Nice product for the price. If my budget was higher, I would have gone with genuine leather, but we are enjoying the recliner & console. It reclines to a nice position and I'm looking forward to a nap in this chair. Our camper has a bunk house, so we won't miss giving up a bed.
