Q: Are they made in USA?

No. Last package of them I received said Made in China.

Q: Will the fuzzy fibers cause damage to dogs teeth or cause blockages in their belly? Are there any health risks to the fuzz when they peel it off?

My small dogs pulled the fibers off and did ingest some but it seemed to pass through okay. But more concerning was they were able to break open the balls and tried to eat pieces of the rubber. Needless to say, the balls all went into the garbage.

Q: Can you use other dog safe balls with the kannon?

Yes.I have the mini Kannon and am back to buy more balls and another Kannon for a spare.

Q: Can dogs rip the felt off these easily? My dog loves to do that and I hate having to keep on buying more tennis balls.

Not as easily as regular people tennis balls, but yes they can still rip the felt. One of my dogs is a frequent felt ripper too.
