Arrived in good condition. Inflated easily and quickly. No smells. I ordered this bed for my daughter and because I’m recovering from post hemorrhoidectomy surgery which is very painful and her bed was way too firm. This memory foam mattress was perfect and I’ve been able to comfortably rest at night. Good value for the quality.

We bought this for my 2 year old who is a crib Houdini.It was delivered less than 20 hours after I ordered it, and fluffed up almost immediately. Product includes a cutter for easy unboxing. Pics are directly after removal from box & im sure it will continue to fluff over the next day or so!Good medium firmness and comfort. Definitely worth every penny!

Very comfortable mattress, have slept better with less back pain. Setup was easy. Unrolled from packing plastic, unfolded in half and use opener to remove shrink plastic and let it inflat.Dislike that the sides don't support setting on edge of bed.

If you put a pillow top mattress cover on it it is *chef’s kiss* 🤌🏾.Doesn’t take as long as it says to inflate. Legitimately feels like you are sleeping on a cloud.

I bought this 12” full size mattress for my guest bedroom. It was well made. A little firm but very comfortable. Great price. My husband and I have been looking for a good quality king sized mattress for a couple of years now but the prices were too hard to swallow on the ones we were looking at. After it came in my husband and I decided to try it to see how comfortable it was. Our old mattress needed replacing badly. We slept on it for about 8-10 days. Then we slept on our old mattress for another night. There was such a difference in the comfort of the new mattress that we ordered a 14” king sized mattress for our bed the very next morning! We slept on the new full size mattress in the guest bedroom until our new king mattress came in and got setup. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and love it as well. I would recommend these to anyone for the price and comfort. They are a little firm which my husband wanted but I wasn’t so sure about but both mattresses are great. Haven’t had them long enough to see how they hold up over several years use but we’re off to a great start!

I got it for my daughter in an emergency and it is a good mattress for the price however on the edges when you sit on them or lean on them, they pushed down very easily. It is comfortable. She does like it, but I do want to get a nice mattress topper and eventually I will get a new mattress but it’s definitely worth it for the money and it’s definitely still a nice mattress She’s happy with it for now but it’s only five months old. I’m sure after a year or so. She’s probably gonna need a new one, but it was worth it.

The mattress expanded just like it should. The mattress is very comfortable. I would have liked a little more firmness on the edge to support sitting on the edge without giving but that is very minor. I still give it 5 stars

I have 3 mattresses from Crystli. I bought my queen mattress 2 years ago and I really have 0 complaints about it. It is medium firm. Actually the perfect spot between too soft and too hard. Super comfy as I feel it does conform to your body whichever way your sleeping. The corners are a little softer than your traditional mattress but that is to be expected for a bed in a box, let’s be real.Now, I just recently bought 2 twins for my kids and not sure if I can rave about them as much as my queen. Only cause I feel it doesn’t have as much support throughout the mattress as my queen does. It is a smaller mattress so I’m going to give it that. It is super comfortable though, I have laid on it, but this is when I noticed the sides and corners were a lot softer than my queen. I will give it a week or so to come to its full form and maybe this will fix the “problem” but like I said, it’s a mattress in a box. Overall happy with these purchases. Super comfortable beds. Great quality.

The reviews are pretty mixed on this mattress but I'm certain me and my husband LOVE it!We bought this 3 months ago and have slept on it every night since, the mattress is decently firm, you don't sink too far into it but it's very comfortable. The springs aren't loud, we don't really notice eachother moving around at night and the corners are designed in a way that our sheets never seem to pop off the corners or anything (which was a big issue with our last mattress). The price of the mattress is unmatched, we ended up going for this one over our other top choice of a $1,800 mattress but this one is genuinely the exact same. It doesn't hold heat, it's easy to clean, it's bouncy and lastly the smell leaves really quick. We love it and can't recommend it enough.

I bought this for my parents who are in there mid 70’s, one wanted a firm mattress and the other medium. I didn’t tell them what level of firmness it was and they’ve both commented on how comfortable it is. A good nights sleep for both and no complaints so far.

Wife and I bought this a little over a week ago as we were in dire need of a new mattress. It arrived quickly, we opened the box and unfurled it on our bedframe. It says on the instructions to wait 48-72 hours for it to expand fully but we have it 4 days. Honestly such an upgrade from what we had before! We are both side sleepers and this mattress conforms to the shape of your spine all the way down. Best night's sleep I've had in years hands down. 10/10 will recommend. The sides of the mattress are a bit soft and collapse down if you're sitting on the side but other than that, no complaints at all. Can't beat the price for a good night's sleep.
