Griffin Armband Immerse iPod nano 6th Gen Great for Sports

I purchased this armband as a replacement. My original armband worked perfectly until one of the silver fasteners eventually became brittle and broke. I expected this product to be as useful as the first. Unfortunately, it is one of the worst items that I have ever bought on Amazon. It does not serve the purpose it is intended for; namely, it does not hold the nano in place. The square rubber frame is too small, so the ipod pops right out. It's truly useless.

I was initially very dissatisfied - the iPod would start slipping out of the sleeve whenever I used any of the controls. I was concerned about it falling out while I was running and informed the seller. To my pleasant surprise, they responded quickly and offered a replacement/refund. I then read some other reviews on this product; one person noted that if you "click" the iPod in it is physically impossible for it to fall out. I then realized the gap in the back of the sleeve is for the iPod clip to go into. There weren't any instructions and several friends didn't realize this was how it worked when they saw it. Once I installed it correctly my rating went from 1 star to 5; instructions explaining how to use the iPod clip when installing would have helped.

Way too small.....apparently my husband's arms are too big for this. He works out a lot, and this was to replace his old one. However, is too small for him. Fits me great...... but I do not have anything that I can use it with.

It's about 9.5 inches around my arms and this arm band is too big for me. (I'm about 5'2" and 112lb).Ladies, if you wear xs, small or medium, this will be too big for you.I like the quality of the product, thus three stars.

IPOD nano often slips out of the band. I think this happens because the armband is still new and hasn't been broken in to stretch around the device. Otherwise it seems to be a good fit.

I am an avid runner and avoid this product. My nano fell out of the casing several times upon my first trial. The bottom sleeve where you have access to charge your nano is held together by a very thin strip of rubber. The left sleeve did not fully encapsulate the left side of my nano and it fell out 3 times on my first run. I hate to write a review of a product disparaging it but this is a piece of junk, you get what you pay for. My Belkin sleeve I had for my nano was much better was far from perfect. If you run you don't want to worry about it becoming misplaced as well as some protection from the elements. Thumbs way down on this product & I will try something else.

Item works well with my nano. Very slim and easy to adjust. I have not had any issues with this item thus far.

Way way to big it slides down when I run so I have to fix it WHILE RUNNING!
