The size is smaller that you expect as other raters have said. Perfect for what I needed and mine came in perfect condition in a box (looks like they fixed earlier issues with shipping). It is “fascinator” size not hat size. Perfect for decorating and perching on head with a hat pin.

This hat is way smaller than I expected. I was looking for something that would sit on top of my head sort of like a fascinator, smaller than a normal hat, but this one looks like it’s an appropriate size for an American Girl doll!!

It's a cute hat but unfortunately was shipped in an envelope instead of a box so it arrived like this and I am having to return.

It’s exactly at the description says. I wore it for a nautical themed dinner. Definitely needs hair pins to keep it in place.

It is a small straw hat. I wore it unadorned. Held up nicely.
