I put in a larger bearing for playing unresponsive. This thing is supremely smooth and a real pleasure to throw. I bought several colors. I like it a lot more than a similar yoyo I have that costed $30. I become s bigger fan of Magic Yoyo all the time!

My daughter is obsessed with this yo-yo. She’s 7 and just got the hang of this recently. This is a much higher quality one that she started with. Kind of odd that the string was off and you have to “assemble” it yourself, though. Highly recommend.

The thing about this yoyo is that for a beginner its kind Ove heavy. Other than that its a responsive yoyo so when you throw it and give it a slight tug it comes back. I have been practicing string tricks with it and its been fine, but since its a bit heavy I cant get on my string sometimes. I timed the sleep and it can do good with a strong sleep. It starts curving when your not doing anything with it.

Awesome yo-yo! String doesn’t get all tangled like cheaper yo-yos. It came with a carrying case, a special glove, and a variety of string colors to choose from. Very enticing for my budding yo-yoer.

I had a Metallic Missle yo-yo as a kid. It's gone now, and I was never really a yo-yo expert. A blog post listed this as a great beginner yo-yo, and I suppose it is. It works as it's intended, but compared to the yo-yo that I had 20+ years ago, it doesn't spin as long. I would think with technology upgrades, this would spin far longer.
