Q: Have anyone ordered this that wears a size 8 in hats or 25in want to knownhow it fits before i order just to send back?

I bought this for my stepdad for his birthday, his hate size is 5 and 7/8 I believe, I know it’s just under a 6. And this fit him snug, this is more for like a kid or a teenager.
