Q: Is this filter made in China ? Or any parts of it made in China ?

Yes. I bought these filters and they work fine, but have since found that Spirit Medical makes a similar product (bvf 22) made in the US, and I am trying those out.

Q: What is the filtering capacity, Viruses are 0.004 microns how does it block them?

I don't know if it does or not. There is a white membrane-like cloth-like filter that the air passes through just before the mask at the end of the 6 ft tube. It has not changed the air pressure at all on my machine that I can tell. I have used a CPAP machine for 20 yrs without using a Bacterial Viral Filter until now and never had the Dr. tell me I had a Virus infection and put me on antibiotics in that amount of time. So who knows, just makes you feel good that you trapped them, maybe. One thing I do now is use distilled water in my water reservoir noticing how like new the reservoir stays then dry it out in the morning. I never did that before either.

Q: Can it stay on while using the soclean machine

Ozone from the SoClean passes through the breathing tube to the mask so would affect the filter.

Q: Will this filter fit with heated hose of resmed airsense 10 ?

I would imagine it does, as long as the diameter of the heated hose you use is of the common diameter used. I use the filter on the heated hose on my Philips DreamMachine without any issues. Just know that the smaller end of the filter goes into the end of the heated hose. Then put the mask connection into the larger end of the filter. Hope this helps.

This appears to relieve all issues I've been having with cpap

After cleaning the cpap there still was the feeling of stuff getting into my lungs from the torrent of air the cpap machine forces down your windpipe. I changed the cpap air filter, but this makes more sense. Fit right out of package and I feel like the air is 100% cleaner. Used it for a day and I believe I can feel a difference. I did change the cpap air filter at the same time, but I'll have to order more. Could not be happier. Fair warning there does appear to be a slight drop in pressure but the machine still feels like it is trying to bust my lungs.
