Two servings per bottle and if you're looking for a quick squeeze-and-go, this probably isn't the product for you. This is a thick liquid and did not disperse well. I eventually had to mix it with very hot water and shake it to distribute and then add water and ice which takes away from the convenience. Flavor is good.

I have a hard time getting as much protein as I should be getting with just the food I eat given my busy work week so with this I don't have to worry about it. It actually tastes surprisingly good too which is hard to find with protein supplements. Definitely glad I got more flavors.
