Other products I looked at cost 3 time more then Krud Kutter Deck and Fence and I was skeptical that this would do the job. My deck had never been stained or sealed for more than 5 years and the wood turned gray and the green pressure treatment was coming to the surface in spots making it even more ugly. So I looked for a good product that wasn't to expensive to start my deck restoration and started with Krud Kutter Deck and Fence. The way I used this was, I made a 50/50 mix in a hand spray bottle, had a bucket of water with a heavy bristle brush and my pressure washer. I wet the wood down with a hose and sprayed the 50/50 mix and scrub it with a brush and water. I saw right away the solution cleaning the surface and the good color of the wood showing up. I let it sit on the wood for 3-5mins making sure not to let it dry by respraying it with the 50/50 mix. I then used the pressure washer with a 15 deg tip sweeping in long strokes to rinse off the solution and krud. I did this in small section at a time until I completed the entire deck surface and rails. Looks GREAT! Thanks Krud Kutter.

I will certainly busy this again. I used it while power washing my deck and sidewalks. I have a not so powerful power washer so I was hoping this would make my cleaning job easier. It did. I pre-soaked everything with this and left it sit for a while. A lot of it became clean before I actually power washed with water. MAGIC!

Didn't fully get the drck clean. Had yo use power washer thrn a bleach cleaner. This alone would not clean my super dirty deck.

Overall, if you follow the directions of letting it sit on the deck for 5 mins, it does clean most of the crud off. To this extent is is one of the better Deck cleaners I've used. I like that it is biodegradable and also bleach-free. However part of my deck is under Redwood trees and they drop red goop on the deck and make stains. I can't find anything to get these stains out and this product didn't either. Therefore 4 stars. Overall satisfied but still looking for something that can cut through the Redwood Stains challenge

Use this on my porch with a 3600 psi Power Washer. Watered the concrete throughly. Sprayed on the Kurd Kutter and let it sit for 4-5 minutes. Then power washed. The mildew came right off. Used it on my siding on the house also. The key is to let it sit and do its magic.

This is the best cleaning product I have ever used to power wash my deck and my house. It works the first time. No need to keep reapplying. The dirt and grime rolls right off both the wood deck and the siding on the house. Am going to purchase several more. Excellent product. Great price.

This was a huge disappointment. I used it exactly according to directions and while some surface dirt came off my deck, the mildew was untouched. It was just as green as before I did anything. This product did not work at all. The dirt that did come off was the same amount as rinsing with a hose. I wanted this to remove the mildew so I wouldn't have to use so much pressure to clean and possibly hurt the wood. I do not recommend this product, I would not buy it again, and I won't buy anything else they make. Wish I could give negative stars I am so let down by the nothing-ness of this 'cleaner'.

This stuff is amazing. We followed the directions and wet down a section of our deck. Then applied this with a sprayer and let it sit a few minutes. Then we took a brush to some areas that needed a little more attention and then rinsed it off. Our deck has never looked better and we didnt need to use the pressure washer.
