This product was purchased to be part of a gift basket. The box that the pods were housed in itself is very thin and flimsy. That box was shipped inside of a mylar envelope by itself. The envelope could have used at the least, some bubble wrap strapped around the box to protect it. The box seal broke, presumably due to outside pressure on the envelope. The pods had come out of the box. Surprisingly none were damaged.

Favorite hot cocoa.

I found the flavor to be a bit lacking. The presentation was unimpressive as well. The flavor of the product was not clear until the package was open. At that point I was able to confirm that I had the correct flavor since the specifics were printed in a very basic font.

Kids don't care for them......They don't taste like Swiss Miss......Hot Chocolate Mix.....

I like the taste for the most part, but if I was given this hot chocolate in a taste test, not sure I would have been able to identify it as S'Mores.

It's ok but not as good as Swiss Miss.
