Berndes Vario Click Pearl 13 Inch Induction Fry Pan

Fantastic pan. Best non-stick I have ever used. But this pan is HUGE. Even with removing the handle it was just to big for me to easily store.

I now have 3 of these skillets. Two are 4 years old. While very expensive, I was happy to have large nontoxic skillets. Initially cleaning was a breeze. I loved that I could start fish on the cooktop, place in the oven, and remove the handle to finish. The handles on both of the first two were not tight and the pans wobbled. My husband tried his best to tighten them but to no avail. The ceramic finish lasted, even with very gentle care in low heat and handwashing with a sponge, less than two years. Because my first two are basically worn out, my girls purchased another 13 inch skillet for me for Mother’s Day 2020. It is not quite Father’s Day and I already have a very small chipping on the face of my new skillet. It has had nothing but eggs and pancakes cooked in it. I have used only plastic utensils, cooked on no higher than medium heat, and always handwashing only by me. It is stored alone and not stacked. The finish already starting to chip off for $180 skillet, in my opinion, Is the lowest of quality.

super nonstick pan. if your stove is not completely level, the food will literally slide to the lower side. the removable handle and the pan's ability to withstand high heat both on the stove and in the oven are outstanding.
