The anti-inflammatory properties of this extra high quality form of turmeric curcumin brought me through a painful attack of Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) when taking prednisone was NOT an option I was willing to endure. I took 6 capsules a day for several months and did not need to be concerned about any side affects, as one would have to consider with corticosteroids (the only recommended treatment for PMR that I have heard). The PMR has been totally gone for a year now, so I only take 4 caps per day. Since inflammation can damage the heart, I believe continuing to take this turmeric, along with its anti-oxidant properties, is one way to protect my heart, as well as other "parts of me". I researched as best I could many different turmeric curcumin products on the internet and came away convinced that this Nature's Nutrition product is the best for me.

The absolute best curcumin supplement I’ve ever used!!! I deal with quite a bit of inflammation and have read enough to know that turmeric is one of, if not THE, best natural supplements to use. But over the last 12-15 years, I’ve had nothing come close to the very noticeable results I have had with this one! Being 100% extract helps enormously, since your getting so much more of the active ingredient and yet, (hallelujah!), I don’t gag from the smell every time I take it as I have for years with other brands.It takes quite a bit for something to take some of my pain away and I won’t be without it! I am a Union Ironworker Rodbuster. I get pain in my right hand and arm from constantly tying rebar, probably the start of carpal tunnel syndrome. It can be unbearable at times, especially during sleep. This product has helped me so far. Some days I feel no pain at all while others I feel very little pain. It is a releif to be able to get a good nights rest after taking a capsule. The ginger and black pepper fruit is a great bonus to aid in absorption. I would recommend to anyone with harsh pain.

I DO like the quality of this product, yet the last three bottles I've received, which last me 3 months each, have all come with the capsules covered in tumeric powder. Seeing that I take these 3x a day, I end up with this powder on my hands, face, clothing at times.... anything I touch before I wash. Clearly, this has become the norm for this company, which is upsetting. I have loose tumeric powder that I could use instead and end up with the same mess. If you buy this, be prepared to get stained with loose tumeric.

After taking this on and off for a few months, I can confirm that I def can tell a difference in my chronic/recurring aches and pains when I consistently take these. I have hip and knee pain that is 95% gone when I take these. I was pretty skeptical about it, but they actually do work. Not a cure all, but for me they do make an obvious difference. It only took about a week to notice the difference taking 2 in the morning.

After having Covid19, it has left me with arthritis. I have lots of pain, stiffness and inflammation in my joints. From my fingers to my toes. I’m 59 and have always been active. Now, getting out of bed can be painful. I’m trying to stay away from the drugs. I’ve used this turmeric for maybe a month. It doesn’t take the pain away completely but it helps a lot. It also helps reduce the swelling and stiffness and I’m able to be more active. There has been a few days I could even squat down to the floor repeatedly and get up with no problem at all. I’ll keep using this with the hopes I’ll continue to improve.

I use turmeric to help with chronic pain. Now this is the 2nd bottle I've gotten from this manufacturer. The 1st bottle had turmeric powder all over once I opened the bottle. I thought maybe a capsule broke open or something. I didn't use that bottle thinking maybe tampered or contaminated in some manner. So ordered another bottle and this bottle too has turmeric powder everywhere. I have stains on my bedcover from taking it out of the bottle and my fingers are all orange too. I look like I've been eating cheese puffs without the enjoyment. Definitely will not be buying again. Too many stains for the value.

The first time I ordered these turmeric capsules the were clear see through capsules and you could see the pepper in them. So I ordered again and these capsules were clear but you could no pepper in them and the outside of each capsule had turmeric all over them, so you got turmeric all over your hands everytime you took them. Not sure if there was acutally any pepper in the capsules. Not happy with the second bottle of capsules.
