Amazing knife! Sturdy and very comfortable to hold. Blade came super sharp. I've de-boned 2 deer with it so far and it is still as sharp as it was when it came out of the box. Beware that this steel will rust! But I knew that going in. Be sure to coat it in cooking oil before storing and you will never have a problem.The steel this blade is made from holds an edge extremely well. I will be buying more knives from this company.

Easy to handle very sharp

I have been using it to cut fish, pigs and many other things and it works really great. I really enjoy it and love using it.

The media could not be loaded. The handle and presentation of the knife as a whole is great. Even the box it comes in makes for a great gift box. The problem is the functionality aspect, that part you buy a knife for, you know the cutting of things. Not as sharp as one would like or expect from all the other details of the knife

The media could not be loaded. I open the box and unpacked the knife. This knife does not come with a sheath as others do. First reaction is that it has a nice heft to it. Not too heavy, but heavy enough that you feel confident in it's weight working with you.Then I washed it. Not being used to the pebbled portion, I had to wonder about getting clean after using on chicken, but that is for another day.The first thing I used it on was the onion in the video.. as I said earlier, the heft is something I'm glad that I'm going to have to get used to.. don't beat me up on my knife skills, I'm just being very careful. It's a new knife after all. It made short work of the onion with minimal effort on my part. I was more than happy with it.The edge is very nice, but I'll take it to my professional sharpener, I can't properly sharpen a knife if my life depended on it, and see what he says and does. (Edit) My professional said that it was the best out of the box he's seen and it didn't need sharpeningThis knife company was recommended to me by an acquaintance who likes to cook as much as I do. For the cost, I'm more than happy with it as it is.

My kids got me hooked to TikTok, and now my kitchen drawers are now being called the Amazon TikTok drawer. This particular knife was one them TikTok items I had seen in a video. I would follow this ladies video that prepped and cooked meals. She had this particular knife in it and was always saying how much she loved it. So of course, after awhile, I decided I would buy it and give it a try, as I knew I would not have my favorite knife around forever and soon would need a replacement. I would use that knife for everything and thought it was the greatest, until I met this beauty. Not only does it handle nicely, it cuts through my meats without a struggle when I am prepping for meals. I have since put what use to be my favorite knife away, as this one is now my favorite. It is well worth the money. I probably would have never came across this knife or even considered buying it, if it weren't for a TikTok video I had seen. I think I may have to buy myself another knife or two to store away, that way I will have one around for awhile and I just may get all of my adult female relatives one of these beauties for Christmas to keep in their kitchen to have around to help make there food prepping easier.

So i finally took my knife out of the house for a grilling fest event, and my teammates were in love with the knife and wanted to use only mine. The judging chefs noticed the knife and let me know that i had a cool looking knife, but does it perform they asked: well, take a look for yourselves and try it out. They were amazed.Now, i wanna cut everything with it.So bottom line, great buy. Very sharp indeed and very easy to keep it sharp too!
