It’s very beginner friendly, easy to use and pretty sturdy too. It didn't slip at all, and I felt completely safe using it while working out, which is a big plus since this was my first time lifting any type of weights and I was just doing this at home. Don't want any accidents here!!

Space saver
Very good device and works wonderfully. However it did not fit the requirements of my wife's expectations so we had to return it of no fault of the equipment.
