I love it.
This is a great grill. I bought it to replace a beautiful Tuscany Grill that lasted me ten years. However, there were certain parts that rusted out in the Tuscany, largely because there was no place for the drippings to go, and those parts were not available for replacement. I'm hoping the configuration of this Char Broil grill will help prevent that. Don't be put off by the mechanically-disinclined here to complain the grill is hard to assemble. I am a 62-year-old woman with a partial spinal fusion, and I assembled this grill by myself in 1.5 hours. It only takes a screw driver and a wrench. I've been cooking with it for a couple of weeks now - it heats up quickly and does an excellent job of cooking your food without incinerating it. It's also large enough that you can do off-set grilling (high heat, without flame directly under your food). I was lucky enough to buy this on a super sale price and I couldn't be happier with it.

Great grill for the money
I bought this grill and it was delivered in a timely fashion. It was easy to assemble. I have been cooking on it practically every night and it seems to distribute heat evenly across the surface. I would recommend this grill to anyone who would like a nice inexpensive grill that works great and looks good too.

Hotdoggies and Hamburgies
I bought one and let it sit in the garage for a week before I put it together. Took about an hour and it was pretty easy to do. Ive grilled on it 3 times since and I'm definitely pleased with my purchase. I just bought a second one for my father. He liked mine so I figured why not.Update*My father assembled his easily too. He loves it, even though it's a lower priced grill, he hasn't had any problems at all and uses it daily. Mine is still in great working condition. Just an FYI, you gotta let it heat up before you use it!!! Let the temp get to 450+ before throwing meat on it.

Grills good! Looks good! Hot spots towards the front though...
The grill itself is very nice looking and feels sturdy once assembled. The instructions that it came with was for a slightly different model, so attaching the front panels was not done at the right stage of assembly as they weren't in the instructions. Anywho, something to be aware of. In general, assembly was not complicated, but did take me almost 2 hrs to do by myself (partly due to figuring out where pieces were that didn't exist, due to differences in instructions). The instructions are 95% on point, so don't worry to much about it. The burners run a bit hotter towards the front of the grill, which appears to be where the gas lines attach to the race-track type burners. The heat shields do not extend over that small portion towards the front. I grill my foods closer to the middle or back of the grill for that reason, just something to be aware of. Maybe having some hotter regions is good for some things? In the end, a very good price for the grill and in general performs very well. -1 star for weird hot spots, otherwise a 5 star grill under $200.

The grill is very good.
I bought this grill to replace my old Char-Broil infrared which i absolutely hated because of its grill surface which was impossible to clean. So when buying this new Char-Broil grill i was a bit skeptical but everything turned out to be very good. The grill came in on the exact date that they said it would which was great, and it wasn't that difficult to put together. (although it will take you 2-4 hours depending on your experience with this type of stuff, and having a second person to help during one or two times during the assembly makes things easier). Now once i started grilling i did notice that the grill does take a while to get hot which i was aware of thanks to many other reviews that i read before buying the grill. However this never really hindered my grilling ability and it seemed to get better as the grill broke in (or i might have just gotten used to it and not notice it anymore).Overall the grill has been great and i have been using it all summer for all my pool parties and it does a very good job with keeping up with the amount of grilling I need done. I did take of one star for the fact that it takes a while to heat up and doesn't get as hot as most other grills but for this price point i really cant complain. I would say that after just one summer it has already paid for itself.

Best grill for the money
Finally had to replace my 20 year old gas grill because fixing it cost more than half the price of this grill. After researching grills with the features I wanted, this is the grill I chose. No stores in my area sold this, so Amazon got the order although I had worries about the condition it would arrive in after shipping. It arrived promptly without a dent, bump or scratch. Assembly took me a few hours and everything fit together nicely.I was surprised how even the heat was on the nice cast iron grill plates. I could get a nice sear on meats. Two burners on give a pretty steady 350 degrees, so I will do some baking also. The metal body of the grill seemed pretty light compared to the heavy cast aluminum of my old grill, but I guess it is heavy enough for the purpose. Unlike my old grill, this one has a grease cup that actually catches grease and the removable bottom tray makes cleaning much easier. All in all, I am very pleased with the performance and the price.
