He had wonderful communication and set my mind at ease by sending a preview. I also needed to add something at the last minute and because he was quick to check messages and respond everything was added. He was extremely friendly! I am beyond happy with this ornament! Glitzby is extremely easy to work with, they have the best customer service I have ever dealt with, very kind and extremely quick to respond!The ornament itself is absolutely beautiful, it’s exactly what I was hoping for when I started looking for an ornament for my little guys first Christmas. We did a custom order. I wanted it to say my sons name instead of Baby’s First Christmas, we also didn’t want one of the Christmas pictures, so we requested an airplane for the photo, they told us to request a specific make and model of aircraft and they were able to do it! We chose the Cessna 195. You could request ANY picture, and I’m sure they would be able to do it! I also asked them to incorporate aviation into to the ornament anyway they could and they did a fantastic job! They will not start making the ornament until your happy with the design, just make sure you put *Send Proof* in any box where it’ll fit. I’ve included a picture of what it looks like when they are designing the ornament. It’s what they will email you to make sure your happy with the design, if your not, just tell them what you want changed. They’ll make the changes, and email you another picture. I’m so happy this is the ornament I chose! It’s beautiful, classic, durable and will last a very long time. Thank you Glitzby!Edit: We loved our ornament so much, we decided that they would make perfect Christmas gifts for our parents! We ordered a couple more and they came looking just as wonderful as the first one we ordered! I bought a customized ornament, which had an error on it. They made it again immediately and correctly, and I received it again quickly. Great quality and craftsmanship. A little expensive for my budget, but worth it for a lifetime keepsake. Great customer service!
