Great quality product and sound quality is so crisp and clear,bass is balanced not to high or low just on mid level, trebles are sometimes high that can be issue for someone on few songs (you can use equaliser to tune it in your liking), works great with a DAC but if you're on iPhone than go with og apples type c to 3.5mm dongle it have a inbuilt dac supporting upto 24bit lossless audio (better than all dac I've compared upto price point of 3-4k) also Apple dongle will use significantly less power than other dacs providing good battery life of your phone,Use Apple music for best audio quality (available on both ios and Android)The price here is quite expensive and the one I've ordered was falty(Amazon got me covered 5/5) i had found it for 1400. Has acceptable sound quality for the price.Right side earphone stopped working completely just 3 day after 1 year warrantee expired. I bought this product in February 2022 and now after just one year there is no sound coming from the right side earphone.The colour of them has also starting to peel off a lot even though my use is 100% indoors on just one desk.Very bad quality control, Made in China(CONCEPT KART this planned obsolescence is not acceptable, I need a repair or replacement. Contact back with further procedure)

Everything is good except for the Mic

While the product sounded ok'ish. What is a bummer with the product is cables - they are not covered under warranty. They don't really call that out anywhere in the product page. So buy it for whatever price and keep buying the cables because it terrible quality and will go bad in few days and then they will claim its not covered in warranty!
