It is so cute and I love it for my topper. I hate the heads with a creepy face as I keep it on my dresser in the bedroom. This however is NOT a canvas block. The inside is styrofoam, and lighter than the cork inside a canvas block, perfect for light use, definitely for storage, not for working on hairpieces. At work, get a real canvas block. You could also use these for hat or scarf display in a boutique.

I accidently ordered the 23". It's huge! Most of my wigs won't fit on it at all! I'm ordering a smaller one for my intended use and use this one to store/display a wig that fits. I purchased this to use on a tripod to style, cut, and curl my wigs that need work. I'm not crazy about the shape of this, but it looks to be similar to others in the under $40ish wig heads. It's not as tapered as I'd like. It's almost as big a few inches from the bottom as it is the top.

came on time.. very light.. sounds like it's made of Styrofoam..T-pins stick very well to this.. did a roller set on a wig using this block head, and as far as absorbing the liquid products...it did not..great price.. and very pleasant to look at

This holds my wiglet very well with the t-pins that were included. It doesn't move around like when using those lightweight foam heads. I can add curlers and brush my wiglet and it does not tip over. Works great! When not using to hold wiglet, I just add a cute hap to cover the top.

After I ordered the canvas head I read some negative reviews and was going to cancel my order. I am so happy that I did not cancel it. It is gorgeous, sturdy and made well! I would definitely recommend this item! I received a free gift of t-pins and weaving needles in different sizes an added bonus!
