These are not super comfy by any means. Yes they are pretty but aside from that, it's just not worth it. Put them in the fridge , let them get cold for a few hours and use.The coolness is soothing of course but the edges of the plastic is irritating to sit next to your sensitive under eye. I've used them but am very careful how they are placed since I don't want to scratch my face. A baggy with some ice would do the same thing to be honest. I gave them a 3 star rating.

I liked the reusable aspect of these and I do still use them as little ice packs for whenever my kids get hurt. However, I find them uncomfortable to use on my eyes. There’s just not enough flexibility when they are frozen and the edges are a bit sharp.

I got these for my husband whose eyes get very irritated from the eyedrops he needs to take for glaucoma. These give him a lot of relief in the morning and at night after he puts his drops in

These are not good for cooling under eye use. The two sides are fused together around the edges and the fused edges are sharp. Its impossible to get the cooling pack close enough to the eye without poking your eyes with the hard edges. In addition, if kept in the freezer they are too stiff to use but with a few minutes they have thawed too much to be of help. If kept in the refrigerator they are not cool enough to do anything. A waste of money.

They are cute and product looks the same as pictures. the filling inside it is a little melted but I think it is because it's too hot outside. It's now in the freezer too cool down. I didn't get the chance to use it yet since i just got it.
