I purchased this item on Amazon and received it on March 26th. The unit worked for approximately 37 days and then broke down. While using the unit it discharged an electrical charge and the vibrating part stopped functioning; the heating element still functions. While it functioned, the unit did work as advertised; however, it only lasted 37 days.

Did not work. Charged device overnight. Each setting (thumping, heat, cold) would only light up/work a few seconds when turned on and then device would shut-down.

We bought this massage gun for my wife's birthday, so light weight was important. It was the lightest one we could find, only 620g, and combined with its other features and benefits, is terrific. The motor is strong and the heated head is awesome, resulting in a truly great, relaxing and effective way to relax those tight muscles. I'm a professional therapist and I have now bought a second one for my clinic, that's how impressed I am. My patients love it! It comes with a well designed and built light travel case so we can take it with us wherever we go. All the different heads you need to get to the different muscle groups. It has a 15min auto shut-off to prevent the motor from overheating, and it is advised to leave the gun to rest for 2hrs. We haven't used it for more than 15min yet so haven't experienced this problem. Recharging time is about 5 hrs so if you want to have longer than 15min massage, buy a second one. You won't be disappointed!

When I saw that it gets hot and cold I knew I had to have it. It really gets cold, I can hear a fan. Recovering from a peck tear and pain in the lower back, the cold is therapeutic. It's light weight, that my 10yr can handle it easy to massage me since I'm in a sling. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The product came in a very nice packaging and looked great! It even had a metal case to hold the unit and attachments which was unexpected and very nice.Unfortunately, that is where the good features ended. It showed that it had plenty of charge and I turned it on and it started immediately, then in about 10 seconds it stopped. I kept starting it and it kept stopping. I thought that maybe it needed a full charge, so I let it charge over night. It did the same thing, so I immediately requested to return it to Amazon. I thought surely this was an aberration, so I requested a replacement. Amazon's amazing customer service had the replacement here the next day.The replacement had no battery charge at all, so I plugged it in and gave it a full charge. When I unplugged it and turned it on, it began to work perfectly and then it happened again. It ran for approximately 10 seconds and stopped. Exactly like what happened with the first unit, I would turn it on and it would run and then it would stop in a few seconds.I was unable to find a customer service phone number on the manual that came with it or online. The manual was very poorly written, with lots of words "runtogetherlike" this, which made it very hard to read. To me, this shows a lack of attention to detail.Bottom line, I am returning both of the units and I will be ordering another brand.
