This was a big win! We had a Butterfly theme 89th birthday party for my mom and bought this on line for her. I was worried what the quality would be but as soon as I pulled it from the package my worries went away! She loved it!!!! Every person at the party asked about it and loved it! I wasn’t sure we would make it home with the hat!! Thanks so much for making my mom happy!!
