Definitely a good by gave to mother as gift ans she uses every day.

Would have got 5 stars but I thought it would benefit greatly from having a battery option.

Bought this on the advice of my doctor and I took it to work to use at my desk in the AM. It has a support on the back like a picture frame so you can rotate and angle it. Also has adjustable shade and intensity. It's been effective for me and it's affordable enough to try.

The light is very bright and if you are too close can feel a bit warm. After a week of use, I do notice a difference and am very happy with my purchase.

My Dr wanted me to purchase one for gloomy days. I'd say it worked. I use it a lot even on sunny days I use it early morning.

Changed my dreary attitude in long Michigan winters. Even my co workers noticed and have all since ordered one! Game changer if you live in a climate where seasonal depression is a thing.

I’m not saying this product fixed my life, but I am saying it’s made me 30% less grouchy and sleepy in the mornings.If you took it away from me, I would ugly cry.

I’ve talked about getting a “happy light” for years. Finally broke down and got one. I like that this one is dimmable and that the stand on the back allows the user to rotate for landscape or portrait. It’s also great that this light is roughly the size of an iPad and easy to transport.
