Very functional

Good product for pickup but...
Really like the product however wish there had been a shorter extension bar (15 inches) when it was in horizontal position. I have an SUV and like to haul kayak in bed of vehicle for short jaunts but the extension bar is too long, elevating the rear of the kayak too much. Another, shorter, extension bar would have been perfect. Again, good product and possibly they will offer that option in the future.

Not fully usable out of box
The hitch mount hole wasn't drilled correctly? I will have to have this section replaced.

Will not sit flush with tailgate
The media could not be loaded. This product shows it’s sitting next and flush to the tailgate so you can hang things off your tailgate onto it evenly but the upper bracket does not fit into the lower bracket and the extension is too long to sit flush with the tailgate so don’t believe the pictures

Product Met Expectations
This "truck ladder" appears well built and performs exactly as described. The two included, extra long ratcheting buckle tiedowns are an appreciated bonus.

Needs to be expandable on top bar
This was exactly what I needed to haul lumber on top of my decked system. Only I will have to find a way to have the top bar extend to hold 4 foot drywall or plywood. As it is the width is approximately 3 ft. Could have used just a bit more thought
