Q: How thick is the main line and Prussik knot line

The main line is just over 1/2" (13mm), and the Prusik is 3/8", both measured with calipers. I have two of these and don't even question their strength, and I am 6'2" and almost 300 lbs. Typical break strength for everyday 1/2" double braid Nylon, like is used for off the shelf mooring lines for boats is 8,500 pounds. This safety line feels more like Polyester than Nylon, and is the type of stuff arborists would use as a mainline. Similar tree stand safety lines, like the one from R&W Rope is a 1/2" double braid Polyester and has a 6,000 lb. minimum rating. I ordered some 8mm (5/16") accessory cord on here from Paracord Planet to do the rope mod with my climbing sticks, and the tensile strength on it is 3,000 lbs. The 3/8" Prusik line is more than enough to catch you if you fall.
