Q: What is the length for each roll?

They're not very long. Only a couple of feet each I believe.

Q: Can this stuff be used on shirts or pants? Will it wash and stay on?

Personally, I don't think that this particular item can be used on clothing. Mainly because I think it would wash away. Even most dry cleaners won't accept some clothing with rhinestones on them depending on how the rhinestones have been put on. It does have a very good adhesive backing but I don't think it'll hold up in laundering.

Q: Is this hand washable if I were to place on a tumbler cup ?

Yes, I believe that you could use them to decorate a cup or a mug. It has a very good adhesive backing on it. But I do believe that it must be hand washed
