Mother and Baby Natural Care: French Wellness Secrets and Recipes for New and Expecting Mothers and Their Little Ones

I am a certified Aromatherapist and I wanted a "recipe" book for my daughter-in-law, as well as my niece, both of which are new mothers. I marked all the "pregnancy" recipes for my daughter in law, and all the "baby" (as she just gave birth, recipes for my niece. I kept one book for myself so when they ask me to make something from the book, I can do so for them! Really great, simple, straightforward book with simple products that really work. :)

I just loved this gorgeous book! The DIY recipes are tried and true from France, where more value is placed on using clean, natural care products. It is filled with recipes to address issues pregnant women are dealing with, as well as babies and young children. Don't spend hours online looking for cures, let this become your go-to wellness bible. You'll be glad you did!

I gave this as a baby shower gift because I loved the design and look of the book. The Mom-to-be was thrilled. A lovely gift at a great price.

His is a good book with some interesting recipes for mums and babies. The shampoo bar in particular seems interesting.The book doesn’t go into a lot( any) of detail about preservatives/ surficants and where to purchase them ( no uk stockists mentioned at all) so although the recipes do contain preservatives/ surficants there is not much of an explanation on their role and where to purchase them.I will need to do some research before using this book.
