This was the first fluoride free toothpaste that I used when I went the holistic route for my dental care around 2016, I have not had a cavity ever since. My healthy teeth was a result of adding trace minerals to my diet, getting a filter to remove fluoride Fromm my tap water and ending my use of fluoridated dental products.
