I heard about this product through a researcher who has studied Gulf War syndrome extensively, and I wanted to try this see if it would boost my energy levels. I have to say that since I started taking it, I have noticed substantially more energy throughout my day, and it feels very natural. This is the only product I've ever taken for energy that didn't make me feel jittery.

I'm taking it for CFS with bunch of other supplements. It does work very well, my energy levels are up after I take it. I also take MCT oil after food with the tablet. These two seems to go together very well if you just happen to hate taking oil by itself. Definitely would recommend to people with CFS.

Have CFS / Fibromyalgia. For me, I did not get a sense of increased energy, however; it prevented me from sleeping. I lost several nights of sleep until I made the connection that this was what was keeping me awake. As soon as I discontinued it (I was taking one every morning) I was able to sleep again. If this product helps some people, then it is a good thing.

Very good, especially fitting into the Bredesen protocol diet.

They taste good but choline is not good if you have either CBS or SOUX gene... causes methylation problems if sulphur intolerant too......be careful!
