Helpful overview
Well-written guide by an expert. Trusts are not a huge advantage in every state. The author lives in Massachusetts and I suspect this is one of the states where a living trust is better than probate. Some states have a simplified probate process so a living trust may not provide the same upside. Either way, it is important to be well informed and I found this book to be very helpful.

Very Easy to Understand
It is easy to read and to understand the complexity of issues and options of estate planning for baby boomers. I highly recommend it. Harry Margolis has done it again!

A great book by a great author
This is a very useful guide even if you are older or younger than a baby-boomer. It's written in a clear, simple, jargon-free style, with a bit of humor thrown in -- which isn't easy when you are writing about money and the law.

Easy to follow
Great book. Author Keeps it light but also through. Touches a lot of the more complicated strategies as well. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about updating their estate plan.
