We brought this to our friend's house for brunch and it was a hit! With the way these are packaged, it's easy to put on your own serving dish, thaw, and present! It's your choice if you tell your friends Carnegie made it or not haha :) Happy cheesecaking!

As a former New York resident, I crave a classic cheesecake. Delivered right to my door. Showstopper for a dinner party. A must order.

My own cheesecakes end up being more in the basque style (um) so I wanted to order what I consider the pinnacle of cheesecakes for comparative purposes only. Like Science! It was delivered promptly to my house in the Pacific Northwest, in June, on the porch in the sun, and when I finally rolled out of bed to get the package & try a slice it was still fresh.I suppose it’s hard to eff up boxing something dense & cylindrical but I will say it was packaged well. So well that I will say it’s worth the price. Like as a treat. Given I’m waaaaay out West, I can accept that. The dry ice was melted but it was fine. More than fine. Amazing & delicious. Kinda crazy good. Definitely worth it as a treat. Like in a perfect world where money doesn’t matter. Think Star Trek.
