Spark & Snark
Although their friends aren't convinced their banter is friendly, Beau and Lilith call it flirting. And their friends slowly become convinced that Beau and Lilith belong together. If only they could convince Lilith. Freshly divorced, she has sworn off men -- even the gorgeous, shirtless, cowboy rescuer type. This is a sweet romance. There are passionate kisses and a few scenes of shirtless men, but the women stay clothed. Both the writing and the storytelling are excellent. I laughed. I snarled. I lectured the characters when they made unwise choices. I also burnt dinner. (Hubs lectured me on unwise choices, but I didn't buy into it. Reading is *never* an unwise choice.)I was given a free ARC of this novel for an unbiased review, but if you look above, you'll see the "verified purchase" badge. That is because I loved this story so much, after I read it, I purchased an official copy. I also pre-ordered the next book in the series. I foresee a lot more Remi Carrington books in my future.

Welcome to Stargazer Springs Ranch!
Welcome to Stargazer Springs Ranch where you'll find good lookin' cowboys and feisty women full of sass, all trying their hardest not to fall in love. Little do they know, fate has something special in store for each and every one of them. Both Lilith and Beau have been burned by love in the past and neither one of them are really interested in having it happen again. But there's no denying the spark that ignites whenever they're around each other. While Lilith does her best to push Beau away, Beau does his best just to push her buttons. Y'all. The man lives for getting a rise out of her and I'm not going to lie, I found it highly entertaining. I think she secretly loved it but of course she was not going to let him know that. They have definitely met their match in each other. And while they both can be pretty dang stubborn, I loved watching these two finally get the HEA they each deserved.I cannot tell you how much I adored this book. It was the perfect book to curl up with and read the day away. I lost count of how many times I giggled and let out little dreamy sighs. It's a great start to a fun series!I am loving this setting and all the side characters. Both are one of my favorite things when it comes to series like this. It's definitely going to be fun getting to know each and every one of them and watching them get their HEA's as well. Y'all are in for a treat with this series! It's no secret that Ms. Carrington has become one of my favorite authors. I don't even read the synopsis any more... I just one-click these babies and start reading. She is a very talented writer and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for us next!

Very Chaste Second Chance Romance
A good clean modern cowboy/rancher story. This is not a deep read. It has a bumpy storyline which is appropriate for over forty year old characters, who will have baggage from previous relationships. The other books in this series look interesting.

Sweet, Lighthearted, and about 2nd, and even "Third times the charm."
4 Stars. Humerous Romantic Comedy. From someone who's been cheated on most of a near 25 year marriage, to to someone who was burned twice and has sworn off dating.Even the Minor characters are hilarious, Tandy cracks me up, along with Clint's aversion to red heads in general. Their was one phrase used, that I didn't know, and think I didn't want to look up but otherwise it was kept clean. You won't want to miss the witty and snarky banter between Lilith and Beau, not how they overcome their past hurts, and mistakes.

Such a great story!!!
This is one of the best stories I have read in quite some time! The dialogue between the characters is just so very funny! It had me LOL several times. I love this type of communication. It is very real, and anyone with a sense of humor will see the underlying fun with each conversation!I love this author. ;-)

Love that it is an over 40 romance
I love that this is a mid-life romance. I find it really creepy to read romances where the heroine is 18-22.My favorite part was that mature characters. My least favorite part is the the first 25% of the book. Lily was a snot and it got old quickly. In general, I liked the ranch setting but feel like the story was a bit all over the place. It was definitely a “sweet” romance. Nothing more than kissing involved in this.

Great story and characters
I don’t know what to say about this book except that it made me laugh and laugh. Lilith was a bit much sometimes, totally a part of her character, but I really enjoyed all the characters in the story. And I really wanted to see an actual picture of Princess...

4 Stars
A quick and fun read to enjoy on a lazy afternoon. While the story is a standalone read, the author continues the series with characters introduced in this story.
