It’s a cute tutu the lights a pretty bright it’s definitely fun for kids and looks great the only downside I will say is you have too hold the button for the lights too stay on as soon as you let go it goes off so it’s not something that will just stay on for them

Lights didn't work
Bought for a party, tried it on and tested the lights. When it came to the party turned on the lights and they didn't work anymore. So the lights only worked for a few seconds altogether
