The hands and feet come stuffed with a manmade filling. • 1. made an incision at a weak seam at the belly area (most seams are strong), and removed the stuffing. • 2. inserted five 13 gal trash bags, one per limb, one for head and torso. • 3. restuffed hands and feet (inside the bags), blew some air into each bag for filler and tied a knot. • 4. sewed up the incision. • 5. Built a ladder for him, attached it to a tree with a zip tie, attached him to the ladder with 2 more ties, and then put his hands together around a tree limb, sticky patch to sticky patch, like this 🙏 , like he's praying that he won't fall. So far, so good!Update, still hanging tight in the tree days later. The air in the plastic bags puff him out so the water sloughs off and the material dries quickly. Also the bags keep water from collecting in the feet, so they don't weigh him down. The material they've used is the big winner here.Kind vendor, I recommend you keep the price where it is ($10), boost quality control, and Include a couple of extra sticky patches for reinforcement or for next year.

So cute! I have wanted one for a while now so finally got him! I did not like the flatness? if him so did a few slurs in seams and added some of the large bubble stuff Amazon uses for packing!! Perfect!! Just gave him a bit of dimension! Love the old boy!! Might get another for other side of mobile home!! You will love him!!

Was smaller than I expected.

Ordered this for Christmas next year. It’s small and poor quality. The hands stick (aren’t magnetic) so I can’t imagine they’ll hold up in the winter, and the clothing is made of like a felt material (so not for the outdoors). Not super happy about this purchase.

Product is so small and cheap. Can find better for less.

Some of the pics make this look 3D...its not. There is no stuffing inside. Also, you cannot just hang this from his hands, the head just flops down. There is adhesive on his head, arms and feet...all of which need to be stuck to something like a window.
