Bought as a Christmas gift. Like the bead support. Two issues were 1) had an 1.25” hole in the middle of the inside seam & 2) the arms work but would be better if they were at least 2” longer.All in all, good pillow. I will just sew the hole.

I suffer from a movement disorder in my neck and shoulders and this pillow is a life saver for me to be able to sleep . My sister just bought me another one too.

Most comfy neck pillow

I found this neck pillow to be too thick and rigid. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone unless they have a giraffe neck & like sleeping on rocks. 😝

Was too small to be comfortable

I like the support and comfort.

Overall, I like this product. The product is soft. The only thing is I could use a little more filling inside to make it thicker. Then in return should help with the level of support.

I do like this my only complaint personally is that it is a bit stiff and very full when you receive it. I do believe as I keep using it that it will have more give to it.

Its too big to use as a neck pillow, there's too much stuffing in it and if your someone that sleeps warm you won't like it, it retains heat like crazy. Do not recommend this for anything really.

Terrible quality. The seams blew apart the third time it was used. Do you have any idea how many tiny balls are inside this thing?? Unreal. They should be embarrassed to sell such crap. Don't waste your money.

Pillow came in two sealed bags the original bag was cut and the pillow had a hole in it. Micro beads were everywhere inside the bag. Disappointed & had to return to the post office.

its pretty overpriced. the beads inside don't offer much support. i found one of better quality at the dollar store.

Buy something larger.
