Keeps the bugs away
I was skeptical about these bulbs but they definitely work. You can also tell when the bulb is about to go out, because the bugs will begin to come back. Just replace it, and they bugs go back away! Also, this bulb is nice and bright and has a good lifespan.

Good bug lights
Are you on my front porch and on my back patio because I turned the lights on and leave them on all night long I still get it spiderwebs and some bugs around but not as bad as when I had the regular lights on they’re not quite as bright as the regular light of course but they do work well and I probably been using it for. I don’t know. I can’t remember when I bought it maybe six months ago and they’re still working well, I would buy them Again

Light bulb review
Sadly, the old light bulb would no longer work.I sat there in the dark and after a day or so this new new bulb from Amazon was delivered to my doorstep.I rushed to my lamp and after the prerequisite amount of fumbling, but without needing to refer to any sort of users documentation I managed the bulb’s installation.After a short break to catch my breath, I nervously turned the switch.Hallelujah, now I see the LIGHT!

keeps bugs away at night
I bought these to use in my porch light fixtures to keep bugs away at night. Works well for that purpose IMO, but my wife made me get rid of them because she said she couldn't see well with only those lights at night. I feel like she has night blindness because they worked fine for me. Could they be brighter? Sure. But I'm not going to knock any stars off for it.
