Easy ish to put together
You can make is smaller and take linksb ut to adjust size. My husband got handbook it however I did not. Be careful not to hit any thing around you as weight could cause damage.

Great!
Better quality than other ones i have seen. Its hard to start but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty simple. When i was using it i felt like nothing was happening like i wasn’t getting any benefit but after i stopped i realised i was out of breath so it does get you working out even if it doesn’t feel like it!!

Good Value for money, but I thought the sizes given for fitting were a bit off. I'm a 44w male and had to buy 4 more links so it would fit comfortably. Apart from that all seems good and decent enough build (although beware of fakes that break easily) and already seeing a difference, those extra links will be off in no time 😁
