Q: Do they dry your hands fast? I hate using hand towels

Yes, they dry your hands quickly. I thought the towel itself then dried out quickly. But it continues to be able to dry your hands throughout the day even though it becomes more and more wet.

Q: why doesn't the Aquamarine color for the handtowel and wash cloth match on Amazon for the Diamond Jacquard towels- ones blue and the other green?

I have no idea. I bought the tan ones.

Q: Is the navy dark blue or more of a cobalt?

definitely a dark blue. The inner loops are slightly darker than the outer loops giving a two-tone effect. It is not a bright blue like cobalt.
