Carnegie Deli Mini New York Cheesecake | 4” (Pack of 4)

You might think it’s expensive for such small cheesecakes but 4 adults couldn’t even finish the first of these in one sitting. It is the best cheesecake you will ever have. It is very dense so don’t be surprised if you can only enjoy a few bites at a time. Highly recommend it be eaten with fresh strawberries soaked in some sugar. Really brings out the flavor. Absolutely delightful. It was a splurge I would make all over again.

Regretfully, I never had the opportunity to dine at the Carnegie Deli while it was open, so one could imagine my delight when I saw that they offered 4 x 4" Mini Cheesecakes!As far as pictures, as you can see, I am no photographer, but take joy in knowing that the pictures posted by the company are EXACTLY what you get!Regarding my reviews above, they speak for themselves. First, I received the items the day after I ordered on Amazon, well ahead of the anticipated delivery time. The items were packed inside of a large box, inside of a foam insulated cold bag, with several ice packs. The cheesecakes were deli fresh when I unpacked them; Folks, these were fresher than if I ran to my local bakery down the street! Hence why the 6/5 rating; they went well above-and-beyond to ensure the safety and freshness of my cheesecakes. The only deviation from a perfect 5/5 was the cost. Recognizing that I am comfortable spending $99 for 4 x 4" Mini Cheesecakes (12 Servings, roughly 12 total slices), I know some may feel $6.50-$7.00 is more average price versus the approximate $8.25/slice. Nevertheless, these are FAR BEYOND "average", plus the benefit of having a "slice" (pun intended) of NYC without having to GO to NYC, the price is fair to me.Based upon all these factors, I cannot give this product anything less than a perfect 5/5 - In typical New York fashion, they knocked it out of the park! Delicious! Great Gift!

Defrosted one to have a slice for dessert. Ate the whole thing. Yep, it’s a cheesecake and it’s delicious.

These smaller cheese cakes are perfect for date night in or a small dinner party. With all the prep work done, it's as simple as thawing and serving! We loved adding warm chocolate syrup and strawberries. Amazing cheesecake and super simple to serve.

Excited to have these on-hand in my freezer. They only take an hour and a half to defrost, so you can have them ready to eat on short notice. Convenient to order through Amazon.

I bought this on the strength of its reviews, and the fact that it would get to me soon. I am normally ride-and-die for Eli's cheesecake, but this cheesecake is SPECTACULAR! I am so glad I found it! <3
