product was not working when they delivered it waste of money and time. I was hoping I can use it immediately but did not expect to received defective item please make sure your product is working before you deliver it. I dont knkw how to even salvage it no batteries or instruction to repair it. very unsatisfied customer

I ordered this item late November for a medical relative.
