Great lights after some issues sorted out
I wrote a review of these a while ago, but I wanted to rewrite it after having owned three of these lights for a few months and after having sorted out some issues with Neewer support. It's a long story but to summarize here are the issues and their resolution:1.) With the first two lights I purchased I found that the ball socket could never be tightened enough to securely hold the lights in a given position. The socket would always slide no matter how much I tried to tighten the thumbscrew. After close inspection I realized that the thumbscrews on mine were designed so that the actual screw was just short enough that the plastic knob would hit the blue metal bracket before it was fully tightened. They FELT tight, but the ball would always slip. I contacted Neewer support and they immediately sent out two new thumbscrews with longer threading that actually tightened correctly. It seems this thumbscrew has gone through several design iterations.2.) All three lights had LEDs that failed after a short amount of use. The failure mode was that a single LED near the edge would die, causing the adjacent LEDs to be overdriven. On two lights it took about an hour of usage for this to happen, on the other one it happened in just a few minutes. I was able to return one to Amazon, but the other two were purchased elsewhere and out of the return window. Thankfully Neewer support sent me return labels to their office in New Jersey, I returned the other two, and they sent me two new units with the assurance that they no longer have the problem of the failing LEDs. The two new lights arrived (with a newly and better designed thumbscrew) and I can confirm that after a few hours constant use they have had no problems at all. The same goes for a third purchased from Amazon. Also the cases on the first two had zippers that failed on first use. These also seem to have been improved on newer units. I guess this product has had some issues with early units but Neewer seems to have largely resolved them. If anyone reading this experiences any of these issues with failed LEDs or bad thumbscrews, I can say I had a great experience with Neewer support. I only communicated via email but they were friendly and eager to resolve any issues. Now on to the lights themselves. I also own a pair of Litepanels Astra EP daylight LED panels which are widely used in TV and film, but I really like these little Neewer lights for certain applications. Yes the knobs on the back feel a little flimsy, but man these things crank out a lot of light. When you have both the daylight and tungsten LEDs up to full you get a nice wash of very bright diffuse light from a compact fixture (that is with the diffusers installed). I also love the swivel mount on the Neewers. With the ball/socket swivel design I can quickly switch these light from horizontal to vertical depending on what I am shooting. This is great for some types of up close photography. Overall now that the issues above have been resolved I am quite happy with the these lights.

Nice panel light
I have yet to see another led panel that can even compare to this light. The quality is truly ravishing and it has the most bulbs I've ever seen inlined all into one with light with a whopping 960 beads in white and yellow! I can dim both which is really great for adjustments. Runs on a mere 50 watts of power so it's really energy saving with low heating dissipation. The two power source capability makes it really flexible to use in home or other places since I can plug it in or use a battery. Constructed with metal so it feels really solid but the panel is extremely slim and lightweight which is a pro for me. The turnable light stand adapter can be attached to the back of the light for stand use. The 360 mount makes it able for me to turn the light in any position an hold still with the locking knob.

Bright light!
The media could not be loaded. This is a bright light! Good for any zoom call or studio set up. May want to buy more than one, pending on how you light your “objects.”Strong, bright light panel, however. It’s not RGB, just white / yellow tint.See it for yourself, in my video review. I unpack the product and show the light’s brightness.

Happy purchase
Was shopping around this style of LED panel lights and decided on this set and I couldn't be happier with it. Extremely thin and lightweight, yet solidly built. This is the brightest and largest panel lined with 960 bulbs, half white/half yellow. The duo colored lining makes it perfect, whether I want pure white lighting or yellow for warmness or both mixed together with the controllable individual dimmers. Both ac plug in and battery power adaptable for convenient at home use and portable for being able to take anywhere with me, especially with the cool carrying bag. Locks onto stands with the ball holder mount for 360 turn ability so I can position it vertically, horizontally, or any way around where I need it. Best purchase I've ever made on here, works great!

Inexpensive and slim BiColor LED light
I have a love / hate relationship with these lights. I bought two to replace another set of inexpensive Bicolor light panels who's yoke mounts had snapped. I believe these are somewhat generic as I have seen them rebranded under multiple brands. I use primarily with Anton Bauer batts and they run 60-90 minutes. Since only offered as V mount, I use a V mount to Anton Bauer adapter plates. My biggest issue with these lights is the locking mechanism for the baby ball mount on the back. I replaced the stock bolt with one from Matthews Grip Equipment. The ball mount is very fiddly and you need to really crank it down hard for it not to move. The weight on an Anton Bauer XT dionic definitely challenges this ball mount. You can also remove the the whole ball mount assembly by a sliding plate on the housing and a basic thumbs screw which doesn't make a lot of sense to me- seems like there was another intended way to use these, but I have found no info about that. I really like the overall performance, quality of light and slim profile. The mount is less than perfect. The designers should have studied the original kino flo mount. I also wish there was more info about accessories, mount release plate and what the screw holes on either side of the units are for. These lights could use a simple grid or snoot attachment to control the light a little more and the bi-color controls are a little too basic- An led color temp display would be useful. Adding a male V mount nub on the AC adapter would be really helpful in fixing the AC adapter the back of the light for AC use on a stand, rather than it dangling. In summary these are great bargain lights, that are small, but punchy and offer power options. They come with small zipper cases and include AC adapters. The benefit of these is the incredible price, which is why I can tolerate the mount issues.

Solid and Affordable Option for us Beginners
First, the lights are great for those just getting into movie or photography lighting. They are bright and are of a solid construction. The only thing I do not like about these lights is ball-joint that supports the light.

Muy buena marca
Funcionan muy bien y son muy prácticos. La calidad es muy buena y la potencia de luz es bastante suficiente para un cuarto pequeño.
