in a world when everything comes damage & defective- i was worry to order a mirrow & if its get damaged-how would i drag 72" to the ups store? so i message to customer service to see- what will be if mirror come damage ( they told me they would send call tag) so i was now confident to give it a try-it had small dot on the frame( but compare to other items we was getting defective for this bathroom renovation it was nothing in comparison )- i do not know how was easy or hard ot to attached to the wall - i got mirror hanging kit & contractor did it-as it pretty heavy mirror & i did not wanted to take a chance that it will lean on the wall by itself without secure holds)- i glad i picked arched one as its make interesting detailing

It is a beautiful mirror. The box came pretty beat up with gouges through it that you could see the mirror. There are a several scratches on the mirror from that. I decided to keep the mirror because it wasn’t cracked and to ship a mirror is hard. They did offer to replace it and come pick it up from my door. It definitely adds such a beautiful vibe to the room with the largeness of the mirror and the gold.

Overall this mirror is beautiful and it is very large and heavy. They packaged it very well, but mine still have a chip on the right hand side. I won't bother trying to send it back because its too heavy for me to box back up and send it back. I could barely get it into my house by myself. You will definately be better served to have someone help you set it up.If it wasn't chipped, I would give it 5 stars.

The quality of this mirror is more than I expected. It’s gorgeous, and all in one piece on delivery…. That is a first for a mirror ordered from Amazon for me . It will look stunning at the end of my long hallway after a fresh coat of paint! Had I known I was going to be so pleased with this purchase, I would have bought two and put them in my living room. I ordered and didn’t get my order even though it said it was delivered. The situation was handled promptly with a new mirror being sent out.

purchased the brown arched with the wood inlay that can be opened. it's stunning. impressive shipping as it arrived without damage to the product, only to the box. it's very heavy and required two people to unpack and move around the house. Plans to mount it to the wall but it is very heavy and unsure if the wall hanging kit can handle it. until then, leaning against the wall for an effortless but chic look. very high value for the reasonable price point, highly recommend.

The package was very secure when it arrived. They enclosed the package with thick layers of wood and foam to protect the item from moving around during transit to prevent any scratches, marks or damages. The mirror itself was covered with a plastic sheet inside the package. What I really admired the most about the packaging was that they had this thin layer of sheet on the mirror to prevent it from getting any scratches in an event it did move around in the box. Unfortunately, I don’t have the best images of how the packaging looked but I do have images of how the mirror looks out of the box. It does have 3 modes of light settings and comes with a stand in an event you don’t want to have it hanged. The mirror itself was really amazing, exactly as advertised. It also doesn’t weigh a lot so it wasn’t heavy to carry especially, if you’re thinking about having it on the wall. I recommend purchasing this mirror!

We were expecting a so-so mirror for the $50 we paid. It was for a kid room, so we didn’t want to invest a lot in a mirror, when the kid may want to re-do the whole room in a few years anyway. But this mirror actually can go toe-to-toe against the $150 standing mirrors!!! It actually looks classier than the fancy one in our master bedroom! It’s sturdy, cute, well-designed, with smooth edges and clean manufacturing, nice materials, and it arrived all in one piece! What a great buy!

Great mirror, looks as shown in picture... unfortunately, the stand is wobbly and poor quality. I gave it to my teenager for his room. The stand is too cheap for our master.
