The media could not be loaded.  How are we supposed to hook up the unit with the in/out ports without knowing where they are supposed to go.

This is a good product and does what it says it's suppose to do. I have two concerns.1. If someone comes after you for a temperature check, you hear the same reading from the previous person at times.2. When the mask is eliminated, will you still have to wear a mask before the temperature is taken, or will you be able to reprogram the unit?

The Unit is sturdy and came well packaged. Set Up was fairly easy and the unit powered up and it does take good temp readings but that's where it stops for me. The software and installation instructions are hard to understand, not intuitive and I cannot get the unit to actually Log data, nor am I able to configure to get it to notify me when there is an abnormal temperature. So, if you've got someone full time watching the unit it will work for you else good luck in getting this unit to automatically work as advertised. I wish that there were some Tech Support number to speak with someone but alas, with made and purchased from China it's just not that way. I'd welcome some assistance or better software. Until then- MEH.

We have tried a few different product to screen employees and visitors. Most of them more expensive than this unit. This product performs as well or better than the other products that we have tried. If you don't want to make any programming changes this unit will work just fine right out of the box. The only complaint I might have is that if you use the power port on the stand it puts a lot tension on the port. We just ran the power supply through the stand and out the bottom to plug in the unit.

Took awhile to figure out set up on computer to adjust temperature setting to Celsius & still figuring out how to do all the facial recognition it needs the people all there & set up of each individual face which if you don’t use then works great!

The voice prompting is delayed so it confuses people giving "step closer" commands after it displays "temp normal" on the screen. Other than that it does the job. Also, the stand arrived a couple of days after, so do not panic if it does not show up with the actual scanner.

We are using this product for checking temperature for our visitors and children at our work place. We like the Technical support team's expertise.They need to include proper installation video and Technical support in US.

Product is absolutely wonderful. Once engaged, voice commands advise correct positioning, etc. Scanner is accurate and non-intrusive.Only con, as various heights approach scanner and adjust appropriately, the hex wrench setting becomes very loose and scanning apparatus is now aimed at floor. Have to readjust scanner to face level and re-tighten with hex wrench as this occurs often.
