Great customer service
I bought this the first time and it worked 1 time and then the printer said it had no ink. I emailed the company, and they immediately replaced. Within12 hours the new cartridge arrived and works great!

Time Will Tell
Its not easy to rate a product like this until its empty,We need to see if it actually last longer as XLG .. Otherwise, whatvalue does it have. I feel cheated most of the timeby cartridges that will usually print only about 40 pagesand run dry.. Most are a total rip off. We will see how this does.Will update rating after I assess its performance.
