These jeans feature relaxed, straight legs and clean pockets for a classic, laid-back look.

NOT Relaxed Fit!
These are NOT relaxed fit. It does not say they are relaxed fit anywhere on the product or package label. I tried this same item two a couple of years ago but did not realize it was the same item when I ordered this time until I started writing this product review. I never would have ordered these I had paid better attention. Very disappointed that these are still being sold as relaxed fit jeans.

Not as advertized
This is not what was described. I ordered relaxed fit. No where on the jeans does it say relaxed fit. I have others by Lee that say on the info tag that it is relaxed fit. I'm an older woman that likes the extra room and movement the relaxed fit allows. I'm very disappointed in this purchase although I will keep as they fit my niece. I have been frequently disappointed lately in purchases from Amazon. Either the advertised description does not match ..(although you can usually get a refund, this is very annoying) or it is entirely different from what is pictured! I've also noticed that many items come from China. Amazon use to be my favorite place to shop...now I feel like I'm at Wal-Mart!

and they do not feel as comfortable as my other relaxed fit jeans in the same ...
I have several pairs of Lee's Relaxed Fit jeans in size 10, which I have worn for years. I decided to replace an old worn pair with a new pair. The fit is not the same. The jeans are tight in the seat and upper thigh, and they do not feel as comfortable as my other relaxed fit jeans in the same size. I had to return them.

I usually wear the Lee Relaxed Fit Straight leg jeans and when I saw the Lee Riders in a similar fit on sale @ Amazon, decided to give them a try. I get the "long" when I buy the regular Lees but these Riders are much longer - I had to hem them! But what I really like about them is the lower waist (Riders vs. regular Lee) - it's much more comfortable fit in that area. Have gotten use to the Lee's material (more stretch and lighter weight) so the Riders are like 99% cotton and heaver weight, which has been a nice change. So be ready for heavier, less stretch and longer length if you get a 'long' in this brand - you just might like it!

Riders by Lee Indigo Women's Relaxed-Fit Straight-Leg
I am very pleased with the Riders by Lee Indigo Women's Relaxed-Fit Straight-Leg. After Lee Jeans changed the jeans I used to wear, I started searching for something comparable. Although the material on these jeans is not as heavy as the previous jeans I wore, I am still pleased. These jeans are very comfortable. They do relax somewhat by the end of the day, but very comfortable. The only negative review that I would give these jean is they fade rather quickly. When washing jeans, I turn the them wrong side out, wash in cold water and hang them to dry. Even doing this only gives me about 4 wears before the jeans are faded significantly. But if you don't mind the faded look, these jeans are comfortable and I would buy them again.

Disappointment in Size Difference
These jeans were sized wrong. I bought these in this color and in black. The black fit perfect for 16P but the blue ones fit as 14P. The blue ones had a tag stating 16P but were definitely NOT that size. I had already washed and dried both pair before I discovered the difference. Sooooooooo disappointed in this as it was a need for me and not a want.

Runs small. Dated color. Feels like cardboard.
I have a love-hate relationship with Lee jeans. When I find the right fit, they are my favorite jeans and last forever. The key is "when" I find the right fit, however.Despite ordered the exact same size, cut, and style, it seems to be a crapshoot of what I actually receive. I always purchase relaxed fit, straight leg, in my size. But for branding reasons I can't understand for the life of me, it seems like there 10,000 subclasses of jeans offer by Lee that fits that description.I mention that because these are perhaps the worst jeans I've come across from them yet. While a heavier denim, it's hard (feeling almost like corrugated cardboard), and you can "feel" the texture of the slight acid wash creating the color. The color itself is not a deep denim but an odd blue - reminds me of what was popular in the early 90s. But while all of that is unfortunate, it could be overlooked if the dang jeans fit. But nope - runs WAY too small while we're at it (as in, can't get them past my knees). They're being returned.I can't recommend these at all, and unless you're going for some kind of retro look, I would stay away. It's just a shame that a company the size of Lee prefers to lose customers by creating so many unnecessary and sub-standard variations to their products.

successful jean search
It seems jean styles and fit keep changing so I just settled on searching for a good pair. These fit comfortably for me. I tried a Monroe classic fit and found they were too form fitting in the legs...they fit but I prefer something looser...not like a legging. These Relaxed Fit feel more comfortable with slightly more room in the legs. The front pockets are also still functional whereas they were cut and sewn short in the Monroe Classics. I am washing and drying them now so will post if there is a problem after that....otherwise, I'm happy with them and am ordering more.

These are a good fit if you're the right shape for them
These are a good fit if you're the right shape for them. I have a very hour-glass figure, with a narrower waist and fuller through the bum and thighs. These fit at the waist AND the bum, so I'd say they are great for women of this shape. A few dangling threads here and there, but they seem reasonable quality for the price.

The length of the jeans was wrong
I ordered my regular size in jeans and these jeans were too tight at the waist. The length should have been petite but was about 6" too long. The fabric was 100% cotton and was a good weight but the zipper was cheap and probably wouldn't last long. I returned the jeans but because of the cheap zipper I would not reorder in another size.

Great quality and service
Very comfortable jeans. I have a hard time getting pants to fit, 5'8" and 185lbs pear shaped. The size 16 fit my waist but too tight on my thighs and butt. I returned them and ordered a size 18. The thighs and butt fit fine but the waist was 4 inches too big. This is normal for my body type. I just took in the waist as best I could. The bottom of the leg is a bit too flared to be in style, but I don't mind not being in style, just want to be comfortable. Great quality and great service from Amazon as usual.

I found the light blue to be a little snug in the waist
I bought 3 pair of these jeans in the three colours. the light ones were a little snug at the waist but I can wear them, I had to cut 2 and a half inches off the legs, the dark blue fit just fine but I had to cut 4 and a quarter inches off the legs and the black pair fit fine in the waist but were a little big in the thigh, and I had to cut 3 inches off the legs. All were the same style and cut but all three fit differently and were different lengths.

These are not the same sized jeans as were once ...
These are not the same sized jeans as were once available at my local Walmart. I could go into Walmart, grab 'my size' off the shelf and go home knowing they would fit. That size and this size do not line up - I'd say it's off by at least 2 full pant sizes. Disappointing. I can't order them again if I can't trust the size will fit me :( Now where do I get my tall jeans?
