Not worth the money
purchased as an upgrade for my current setup, I was unable to get the mic to work on the headset.Despite, updating the firmware for the device, it didn’t play ball, even when I connected the set via a cord.Item was returned and refunded

Great Headset which works with Mac or Windows
I bought this to replace a wired headset and I haven’t been disappointed. It can be connected to either the provided dongle (via USB-C version ordered) or Bluetooth. The sound quality is clear and the functionality is exceptional with teams integration out the box. I would recommend downloading the Polycom software for your machine to get better control over features. I would recommend for anyone.

Received items as used when shopped for new. USB C/A is in relation to connection to PC, not to charge unit so this is now useless to me. overall pretty disappointed having now received these items

Etwas unpraktisch im Gebrauch
Tonqualität und Mikrofon gut, über die Haltbarkeit kann ich nach ein paar Wochen noch nichts sagen.Akkuaufzeit ist sehr gut, eine Ladung reicht bei mir fast für eine Woche.Kritikpunkte:-Die Mute Taste funktioniert leider nur mit Kabel oder dem mitgelieferten Dongle, aber nicht wenn man das Headset direkt per BT ans Notebook koppelt.-Der Dongle ist mit gut 10mm wiederum zu lang um ihn dranzulassen wenn man das Notebook in eine Tasche steckt,Das ist von der Handhabung äußerst unpraktisch und die Gefahr den Dongle zu verlieren bzw. zu beschädigen wenn man vergisst ihn rauszuziehen dadurch deutlich erhöht..Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Funktionieren tut er gut, leider hat der Vorkäufer den Bluetooth Adapter behalten😕Aber mein Handy ebenso wie der Laptop sind ja mit Bluetooth ausgestattet, so musste ich nur ein Lade-Stecker nachlaufen und nun passt es.Aber wegen der fehlenden Teile nur zwei Sterne
