The instructions weren't quite right for this watch, so it took me a while to work out how to turn off the hourly chime (which s quite loud), this was an absolute necessity as secondary school teachers definitely wouldn't like it going off in lessons. It seems that if you set the alarm, the hourly chime will also sound. Shame really, as I thought it would be useful to set an alarm to prompt my son that it was time to leave for school. Other than that it seems to work well and is comfortable to wear. Overall, good value.

I needed to get a watch for my son before he starts high school next month and he chose this one (he liked the gold!). It came really quickly and was very easy to set up.The watch is bigger than I expected so does look big on his small wrist but he loves the fact that it is so chunky!The box it came in was also very exciting for him to receive. All in all, I definitely recommend this watch.

I do a lot of sport and workshop work, and I'm generally not very careful with my hands - I bump into lots of things, catch the edge of the stuff, and I constantly have a small cut or bruise or blister on each hand.So I really need something sturdy, rugged and cheap. But I also have an eye for aesthetics, and all of the previous watches I've had were purely plastic - functionally great, but not too pleasant too look at. The screens were also too complicated for my use, the buttons too small for comfort... plus even the cheapest were too expensive for me to be happy about it.But this watch? It's perfect for my needs: very big and rugged; buttons are large and feel good to press, don't require too much force but you won't press them accidentally either; screen is large and uncluttered - no stuff I don't care about; there's a timer, a stopwatch, an hourly chime, date and day of the week - all very straightforward and easy to use intuitively; the high grade plastic and the quality of the finish on the metal make me feel happy about wearing it, too - it doesn't look cheap at all; basically, it's everything I could want from a watch, and no more.On top of that - it's available in so many colours, and it's half the price of the next cheapest watch I've ever owned!Only downside is that the stock protective plastic on the bottom was a bit bulky for me - but this is really a matter of preference, and it could be because I've not been wearing a watch for a while as my old one (not this model) broke... Plus, it was super simple to remove the extra plastic segment, after which it now fits very comfortably, and it doesn't look strange at all without it! Very pleased.I've just ordered my second one in a different colour - I couldn't decide between gold and red, so I thought I'd order one to check it was OK, then order the second one once I had tested it for a bit. I can't speak for how durable it is long term, but it certainly doesn't feel like it is going to break any time soon. Would highly recommend!

I usually wear bracelet strap watches for work mainly as they look good with work clothes. But as I'm working from home i wanted something less formal. I've always liked chunky watches. I'm a sporty 49 yr old female with incredibly small wrists and this watch is a perfect fit. Very reasonable price, comfortable and easy to set up. No need for awkward removal of bracelet links for a snug it. Would recommend.

Brought as a gift for nephew as wanted watch. He loves it and never takes it off. He loves the backlight was over the moon that he could see watch in dark. Very good starter watch to help him gain confidence in telling the time. Delivery was speedy and well packed in tidy box.

My child really likes this watch. It was really easy to set up too. This is the 3rd watch I have had to buy in less than a year for a 7year old as the other watches are really flimsy compared to this. The price is good too as not too expensive for a young child. The colours in this range are great too! Would highly recommend as a first watch.

Needed it to remind my son of his music lessons whilst in class. Only downside , can't seem to set more than one alarm.......so I have to remember to change it twice a week as he needs two alarms. Thought my son would be bothered with the alarm going off in class but its not loud enough in class for him to be worried about it

I purchased this watch for my son and he loves it! I had some issues with the watch initially but after following up the seller this was cleared upQuickly. It has a good display, 12/24hr option, stopwatch and alarm. Overall Its a great option asa child’s first / second watch .
