not very form-fitting, but it is well made, comfortable, and good price
I was hoping this would be a little bit more fitted. I bought an XS (I wish they offered petite! they do in their pants!) and to me this fits very similarly to how a men's Medium sized T-shirt would fit on me. I am 5'0" and 120 lbs, and so anything that isn't fitted in a female shape is going to look very boxy and baggy on me. Even though this is a women's scrub top, it seems almost unisex to me just because of how unshapely it is. I think the sleeves are the only "female" thing about it maybe. Otherwise, it's just a straight cut down on the sides. I do prefer my scrubs to be a little more fitted because I don't like to look like a walking rectangle, however I will say that now that it's getting colder out, I appreciate the extra room in these scrubs because I can comfortably wear long sleeves underneath without any chafing or difficulty taking the scrub top off after work. Some of my other scrubs get kind of "stuck" when I wear long sleeves underneath, so that's annoying. So, if you want scrubs that flatter your hourglass figure, these might not be ideal for you. If you don't care about that, they are otherwise very comfortable and there's plenty of room to wear long sleeves underneath, and since hospitals are usually cold, that's a bonus in my book. My only other complaint is that I wish the two pockets had more "subdividers" or so..I had expected it, since the dickies scrub pants have pockets within the pockets, and all my other scrub tops have extra smaller pockets within the big main pockets. So, just be aware that the two big pockets ARE very roomy and can fit lots of stuff in it, but if you need pockets that have extra little pockets in them, these do not have those. I personally like to have "organized" pockets but overall I'm satisfied with this top and appreciate that it fits more comfortably over long sleeves than my other scrub tops do. As usual, I find dickies scrubs to be very good quality in general, and for such a low price it really can't be beat.

Not stretchy at all, buy a smaller size than you normally would.
I bought a set of these for my new job. And after reading the reviews which recommend me buying a size smaller than i usually wear because it runs large. It was great advice. They fit okay but I didn't realize the fabric doesn't give at all. My pants fit me just right and looks great, however when I need to bend down or kneel down to get something, I always have a fear that my pants might rip. It serves its function but not as comfortable as I hoped to be in them. But hey, you get what you paid for, there are better and stretchier scrubs put there that run 2-3x the price.

Nope nope nope
No stretch at all. Worst scrubs ever. I’m usually a size Medium and the small fits really baggy. You can get this quality in Asia for less than $5. Definitely not worth it, Get greys anatomy or figs.

Color code navy: differences btw dickies NVYZ & NVWZ
I'm 5'3, 107 lbs. I bought an XS. I like my scrub to have flexibility and it's comfortable.TIP: (I'm very keen to small details) I needed navy scrubs. Amazon sent me a new dickies top scrub 810506 (missy fit) color NVWZ, made in Indonesia. I also ordered two new dickies 810506 (missy) top scrub color NVYZ made in China from ebay. Notice that the color code is different. NVWZ is a tiny bit lighter than NVYZ on close inspection. So if you order pant scrubs and really care that it synchronize in one shade of color, be sure to get the correct color code. (I ordered two dickies missy pant scrubs color code NVWZ from Amazon and you could only tell that top NVYZ and bottom NVWZ differ shade a tiny bit on close inspection but it is not very noticable). It isn't a bother unlike when I match Wonderwink top scrub and Dickies bottom scrub both in navy --- the color contrast between the two is too much.PS. NVWZ have a different tag design than NVYZ. Prob bc they switched manufactures/country. NVWZ have "women" and "missy fit" on its tag and copyrighted 2013/made in Indonesia. NVYZ doesn't have "women" nor "missy fit" on its tag and it is copyrighted in 2010/China. All in all, unless you are very paranoid. NVYZ and NVWZ matches fine.

Didn't send back
I am just so disappointed in how short the tops are. Yes, I am tall and a plus size. However, I read and read and re-read reviews on uniforms. I was use to ordering from one stop shop which is a company that sells for places like Catherine's, Roman's and Lane Bryant, The 4X you purchase from somewhere like Romans or Catherine's is NO where close to a 4X in these scrubs. These scrubs run so much smaller than the plus size clothing line of clothes. Ladies, just be aware and know that you may read how these run large and fit as expected but most of these comments are not coming from someone needing a plus size uniform.

Pretty big for a medium
This fit surprised me because I thought I was purchasing a unisex top; if I would have read the description clearly I would have definitely ordered a large. I am somewhat busty & of course prefer to downplay my assets at work; any t-shirt or button-down top I absolutely have to order a "large". This top is much bigger than I expected, so much so that I feel a little "fluffy" when wearing it, which isn't the worst thing but a surprise nonetheless. Other than that my only other complaint is that the fabric collects lint like crazy.
