Hanes Women's Concealing Petals Wire-Free Bra

Others complained about the sizing, but I thought I'd take a chance. I was looking for a replacement for the Bali bra that has been discontinued. This appears very similar, but the sizing is so far off, I'm not sure what size to try. It's 4-6 inches smaller than the 40B from Bali. I will return it.

I am not sure about the people commenting saying the sizing is off. It seems to me as if the sizing is only off for the larger sizes. I am a 36-38 A or B usually (depending on the brand), and I ordered a 38B and it fit wonderfully. No squeezing, no back rolls. In fact, the cup was even a little loose on me. The straps are adjustable though, so it isn't really an issue, I just made them extra short. In the pics, you can see what bra looked like before adjusting. The back band laid perfectly smooth against my skin (I usually get the rolls).The bra is very very comfortable, it feels like I'm wearing a sports bra. I refuse to wear underwire bras anymore now that bras like these exist. The material is also high quality, no snags or pilling yet. It is a very pale nude color, so if you're darker skinned, it won't give the true "nude" effect under white/transparent shirts.For reference I usually wear a size large shirt or size 8 dress.

When I first put this bra on I immediately thought it was a little too small; just like many of the reviewers said. However, after a few minutes the bra became incredibly comfortable. I mean really - it felt like I was not wearing one at all! I decided pretty quickly it was not that this bra is too small - just my other bras fit very, very, poorly. This is absolutely one of the most comfortable undergarments I have ever worn. I want to mention that I am a 34B so that may make a difference for women who are fuller figured then I am. But for me this bra is perfect. I am ordering more right away!

Do not buy this bra. I saw other reviews that mentioned this but I thought - "It's Hanes - no way their products would be that far off size-wise!" but I was wrong. I bought other Hanes-brand bras to try and they were fine but this one is laughable. I bought a 40B. What I received, marked 40B, measures not even 30 inches. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Now that I have adjusted my expectations to this make and model of bra, I know what size to order and how long it will take to stretch out to my circumference. I used to wear 36B, but in this bra always get 38B, use the largest adjustment, and the "girls" celebrate at night when I take it off - for several months. But the "petals" ordinarily cover well. The petals will eventually start showing through the front of the bra, like my old ones, but still not anything underneath.** UPDATE: I returned a recent one because one of the concealing petals was aimed weird - like for wall-eyed nips or something. Plus, the edges of the "concealing petals" showed through the outside, and there was another crease alongside one of them. I haven't had this problem before. The replacement bra didn't have that crease alongside, but one of the concealing petals is still not directly in front, AND both are prominent from the outside (there's like a dip around the edges of them). I can NOT wear the slightest-bit snug top. I'm so aggravated that 2 bras in a row had the concealing petals showing prominently on the outside. I didn't return the 2nd one - I guess I'll just have to pay attention to which bra I'm grabbing out of the drawer, if my top is snuggish.Lesson learned: No more ordering them online - only get them from a store, where I can see that it won't look like I'm wearing pasties under my top. **

This is one of my practical "go-to" bras. I've been wearing this model for several years now. I own it in 34B, in both nude and black. My exact bra size is 32B, but in my experience Hanes bras tend to fit on the smaller side in general, and this particular bra fits me like a 32B.At first, it may seem like the band is too tight and/or the cups are a touch too small, but after wearing and washing the bra a couple of times, it will fit and perform pretty much as advertised. (Good to note - the fit of the black bra tends to be slightly more snug than the nude version, but I find both quite comfortable.)I really appreciate the concealing petals - they do what they're meant to do, which means that I never have to worry about any unintended show-through-peek-a-boos when I'm wearing this bra. The last thing I want to do at work is flash my nips, lol!One thing I have learned and must mention, however, is that it is always best to gently hand wash these bras if you want to avoid damaging them - especially the petals, which will become slightly raised up and visible on the outer surface of the cup if you repeatedly machine wash. Treat them right, and they'll last longer.It isn't a perfect bra (I doubt the existence of any such thing), but it's better than many of the other bras out there in the same price range, and it gets the job done with the added bonus of being comfortable enough to wear all day/night.

It runs very small and not even close to being able to wear it. I know my size. I also know how t measure,etc. So, this one is pretty bad for Hanes...a brand we generally used to know and love. Sad.I don't even know how to suggest you alter your order to compensate. I ordered a 36C. Depending on manufacturer, I can usually at least squeeze into that size. Higher is usually too loose. But this one...I could not fasten it. I don't even have anything to say about the cup size, since I couldn't get it on to test it.I wanted an affordable, comfortable bra - this is not that.

The cups on this bra are designed weird! The cups are like cones (think Madonna costume) but the don't point straight, they point outwards towards my arms. When I put it on, my boobs were smashed down like I had duct tape going across my chest and it was not a flattering look.
